Concrete Calc Pilot provides free concrete quantity, material and cost estimation tools. This policy covers your use of this website and messages you send to the support address. It is intended to describe the site's current capabilities, not hypothetical account, advertising or payment systems.
Privacy at a glance
- Calculator values: calculations run in your browser. The website's calculator scripts are not designed to upload your measurements, prices or calculated results to our servers.
- Accounts and purchases: we do not currently offer accounts, a saved-project database, checkout or subscriptions.
- Hosting and security: Cloudflare processes technical requests needed to serve and protect the site.
- Contact: emails you choose to send are received through our mail-routing and mailbox systems.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 is configured on this production website with optional consent controls as described below.
1. Information involved when you use the website

Copying an estimate uses your device's clipboard and printing uses your device's print functionality. If you choose to paste or share an estimate elsewhere, that recipient or service may handle it under their own practices. Please do not enter confidential, payment, account or other sensitive information in calculator fields or support emails.
2. Hosting, email service providers and third-party links
Our static website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process network and security information and retain it under the services and settings in use and its published policies. We do not claim that a browser calculation prevents normal network logging when you visit a web page.
When you contact support@concretecalcpilot.com, Cloudflare Email Routing and our AgentMail mailbox system process the email so the operator can read and answer it. These services can involve infrastructure operated by third parties; we do not publish their internal log retention as if it were under our direct control.
Links to concrete product manufacturers and other external resources lead to websites with their own privacy practices. Those websites may collect information when you follow a link; review their policies before using them.
3. Analytics, cookies and browser controls
Google Analytics 4 is configured for optional measurement, using Google Consent Mode v2. Analytics cookie storage is denied by default; advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization remain denied. The Google tag itself loads on production pages and Google may receive limited cookieless consent-mode signals before a visitor chooses. If you accept optional analytics, Google may process page views, online identifiers and general usage signals under Google's privacy policy. Our calculator event integration sends only the action category (calculate, validation error, copy or print) and calculator type after you accept; it does not send entered dimensions, costs, calculated results or support email content.
Choose Accept analytics or Reject optional analytics on the website notice. You can reopen your choices using Analytics preferences in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser's localStorage under ccp-analytics-consent-v1; clearing browser storage removes it. Rejecting analytics does not disable any calculator. This choice controls our optional Google Analytics implementation, not Cloudflare's infrastructure security processing.
The calculator features do not require a website account cookie to work. However, Cloudflare may set security-related cookies when its protective features are active, including cookies used for bot detection or verifying a browser challenge. Those are different from analytics or advertising cookies. You can review Cloudflare's cookie reference, and manage stored cookies or site data in your browser settings. Blocking necessary security cookies may affect access to the website.
4. Retention, disclosure and international processing
We do not maintain a database of your calculator measurements or saved estimates. If you send an email, we keep correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle your inquiry, corrections, site security and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can request deletion where applicable. A fixed mailbox retention period has not been published; please do not interpret this policy as a promise that every email is erased automatically on a specific date.
Cloudflare and any other service providers may retain their own network and operational records according to their terms, agreements and applicable law. Service-provider infrastructure can involve data processing outside your country of residence. We do not sell or license calculator measurements that the site never receives. Information may be disclosed to service providers for operation, or when legally required.
5. Privacy questions, access and deletion requests
Depending on where you live and the nature of the information, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or information about processing. Email support@concretecalcpilot.com and describe your request. We may need reasonable verification before disclosing or deleting information associated with an email address. We handle eligible requests according to applicable law; some information may need to be retained for legitimate legal or security reasons.
Because calculator inputs are not stored in a user account or website project database, we generally have no corresponding server-side calculator records to retrieve or delete. Browser data such as cookies can be cleared using your device or browser controls.
6. Children's privacy
These tools are intended for general project planning and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly operate an account service that collects children's personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact the privacy address above so we can review the situation.
7. Policy updates and contact
We review this notice when services or information-handling practices materially change.
